What areas of Palm Beach County does Oleg cover?
All of it. Most clients buy and sell along the coast between Tequesta and Boca Raton, and west through Wellington, Royal Palm Beach and Westlake. If you’re moving outside the county, Oleg can refer you to an agent he trusts.
How much does it cost to list a home with Oleg?
Listing fees are negotiable and agreed in writing before your home goes on the market. Every listing starts with a net sheet showing commission, Florida documentary stamp tax, title insurance and prorated property taxes, so you know your bottom line first.
Do I need to sign an agreement before touring homes?
Yes. Since August 17, 2024, agents working through the MLS need a signed written agreement with a buyer before touring homes. It spells out Oleg’s services and how he’s paid, and the terms are negotiable.
Can Oleg help if I’m moving here from out of state?
Yes. He can run video tours, compare neighborhoods and commutes, and coordinate inspections and closing remotely, so you only travel when you choose to.
