Accessibility

Accessibility statement

Oleg Sulyma wants everyone to be able to use this website: to read about Palm Beach County neighborhoods, run the numbers on a sale or a purchase, and get in touch. That includes people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more usable for people with disabilities.

The site does not fully meet that standard yet. The gaps we know about are listed below under “Known limitations.” We plan to re-check the site as pages change and to fix problems as we find them.

What is in place

We checked each of these on the site’s public pages in September 2026:

  • Clear structure. Each page is marked as English, has a descriptive title and one main heading, and uses labeled regions (header, main menu, breadcrumb, main content and footer) so screen reader users can move around quickly.
  • Skip link. A “Skip to content” link is the first thing you reach with the Tab key, so you can go straight past the menu.
  • Keyboard use. The menus, the question-and-answer sections, the calculators and the Comp My House steps all work with a keyboard alone, and the item in focus gets a visible outline.
  • Labeled forms. Every form field has a visible label, and name, email, phone and address fields work with your browser’s autofill. Form messages, such as “Sending” or a request to fix a field, are announced to screen readers.
  • Calculator results announced. When you change a number in the mortgage or seller closing cost calculator, the new total is announced to screen readers. Each part of the total is also shown as text, not only as a bar.
  • Readable color contrast. We measured the text on every page. Body text, headings and links all meet the WCAG minimum contrast ratio of 4.5 to 1.
  • Zoom and small screens. Pages fit a screen 320 pixels wide, which matches zooming a desktop browser to 400 percent, without scrolling sideways. The exceptions are a few wide data tables (see below).
  • Room to tap. Main buttons and the mobile menu items are at least 44 pixels tall.
  • Text for images. Maps, charts, photos and star ratings have text descriptions. Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers so they don’t add clutter.
  • Nothing moves on its own. There is no autoplaying audio or video, no flashing content, and no time limits on forms.

Known limitations

These are the problems we know about. If one of them gets in your way, Oleg will help you another way (see “Other ways to get help”).

  • Form errors don’t point to the field. When a form finds a problem, it shows and announces a message, but it doesn’t yet move you to the field that needs fixing or mark that field as having an error. The contact form also doesn’t mark which fields are required: it needs your name, plus an email address or a phone number.
  • Calculators don’t flag entries that aren’t numbers. If you type letters into a calculator field, the calculator treats the entry as zero and updates the result without warning. Check the summary line under the result to confirm what the calculator used.
  • Some tables scroll sideways on phones.Wide tables, such as the city-by-city selling times, scroll left and right on small screens instead of rearranging.
  • The mobile menu doesn’t close with Escape. On a phone or narrow window, close the menu by selecting the Menu button again.
  • Comp report PDFs come from your browser.“Download PDF report” in Comp My House opens your browser’s print window, so how accessible the saved PDF is depends on your browser. The online version of the report is the most accessible format, and Oleg can also go through it with you by phone or email.

Content from other services

Parts of the site rely on services we don’t control:

  • Fonts load from Google Fonts. If they don’t load, or your settings override them, pages use your device’s standard fonts and nothing is lost.
  • Public data lookups. Some tools look up information from government services, such as FEMA flood zone maps and U.S. Census Bureau address records. We can’t control how those services respond. If a lookup doesn’t work for you, Oleg can look it up and send you the answer.
  • Automated phone assistant. When Oleg can’t pick up, calls may be answered by an automated voice assistant that takes a message. If a voice system is hard for you to use, email Oleg instead, or call through a relay service by dialing 711.

Other ways to get help

If any part of this site doesn’t work for you, contact Oleg and he will give you the information or the service another way. For example, he can email a comp report or calculator result as plain text, go through it with you over the phone, or answer a question from one of the guides directly.

Call (772) 293-4092 or email oceanpm@gmail.com. You can also write to Oleg Sulyma, Coastal Properties, 725 N Highway A1A, Suite B105, Jupiter, FL 33477.

Report a barrier

If you run into a problem on this site, please tell us. It helps to include:

  1. The page address, or the page name.
  2. What you were trying to do and what happened.
  3. The browser and any assistive technology you use, if you’re comfortable sharing it.

Email oceanpm@gmail.com or call (772) 293-4092. Our goal is to reply within 2 business days. If a fix will take longer, we’ll tell you what to expect and help you get what you need in the meantime.

About this statement

This statement was last reviewed in September 2026. It is based on our own review of the site’s public pages against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, using automated testing plus hands-on checks of keyboard use, screen reader labels, color contrast, zoom and small screens. It has not been certified by an outside auditor. We will update it as the site changes.
